Many products sold by 3D Anime Station are 3D printed, handmade, hand-painted, customized, or made to order.
Because of the nature of handmade and 3D-printed products, minor variations may occur between product photos and the finished item. These may include slight differences in:

- 3D-print layer lines
- Dimensions
- Finish
These minor variations are normal and are not necessarily considered defects.
3. Custom & Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for custom orders, including names, text, colors, sizes, designs, and other requested specifications.
Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving any design preview provided before production.
Custom and personalized products may have different cancellation and return restrictions. Please review our Refund Policy before ordering.
4. Order Processing
Many of our products are made to order. Processing times shown on the product page are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, customization requirements, material availability, holidays, or other circumstances.
Processing time refers to the time required to create and prepare your order and does not include carrier transit time.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, promotions, or other information displayed on our website.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.
6. Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled according to the cancellation period stated in our Refund Policy.
Because many of our products are made to order or personalized, certain products may not qualify for returns or exchanges after production has started.

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and safely.
For products intended for vehicles, including decorative license plate frames or accessories, customers are responsible for verifying that installation and use comply with applicable state, local, and other laws and regulations.
3D Anime Station is not responsible for citations, penalties, or other consequences resulting from improper or unlawful installation or use.

Unless otherwise stated, the original website content, photographs, store branding, product descriptions, and original designs created by 3D Anime Station may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or commercially used without permission.
