Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with 3D Anime Station. Many of our products are handmade, hand-painted, 3D printed, and made to order. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.
Processing Time
Most products are made to order and require approximately 10–20 business days for production and preparation before shipment.
Processing time may vary depending on:
- Current order volume
- Product complexity
- Customization requests
- Material availability
- Holidays or unexpected production delays
Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.
If a product has a different processing time, the estimated timeframe shown on that product page will apply.
Shipping Within the United States
We ship orders throughout the United States using available shipping carriers such as USPS or UPS.
Estimated delivery time after shipment is generally 2–7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping service.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping may be available on eligible U.S. orders when indicated on our website or during checkout.
The shipping carrier and service used for free shipping will be selected based on the package size, weight, destination, and available shipping options.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the order has been packaged and shipped.
Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking information after receiving the package.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address.
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility.
Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit delays are outside our direct control.
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist you with reviewing the shipment.
Carrier delays alone do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates that a package may have been lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.
We may need to open a claim or inquiry with the shipping carrier before issuing a replacement or refund.
Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around the delivery location.
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Allow a short period of time in case the carrier marked the package delivered before completing delivery.
- Contact the shipping carrier if necessary.
If the package still cannot be located, please contact us and we will assist you with the available options.
Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, replacement part, or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom and made-to-order products may require additional production time.
If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We will let you know whether we can reasonably accommodate your requested timeframe.
Placing an order without receiving confirmation of a requested delivery date does not guarantee arrival by that date.
